Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipment Responsibility
EraseCraft LTD is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouse and is with the courier.

Delivery Timeframes & Signature Requirement
All packages are shipped with a signature requirement. Please provide an address where someone can sign for delivery. If no one is available, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note that due to recent safety measures, couriers may no longer require signatures upon delivery.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Transit times and courier service can vary depending on destination.

Domestic (U.S. & Canada)

  • Shipped from our Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
  • UPS will attempt delivery up to three times; after that, the package may be held at a nearby facility or returned to us.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes—use a residential or commercial address for best results.

European Orders

  • Shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD, PostNL, or UPS.

International Orders

  • Shipped via UPS or FedEx.
  • Delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on customs and transit.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier transit time.

Australia Orders

  • Shipped from our Australian warehouse via STARTRACK or UPS.

Duties & Customs Fees

  • Import duties and taxes are charged upon arrival in your country and are paid by the recipient.
  • We ship DDU (duties unpaid); the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees before receiving the order.
  • Customs policies vary by country; contact your local customs office for details before ordering.

Wrong Address Policy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, contact us immediately atWittenbornUnangst4596@outlook.com.
  • We will do our best to update your address before shipping, but cannot guarantee changes after the parcel is shipped.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • Orders placed as a guest cannot be linked to an account, but you will still receive a tracking notification upon shipment.
